Shirshendu Mukhopadhay

Shirshendu Mukhopadhay is a  brightest star in the sky of Bengali literature.Basically his attribution on the teenager and children story but  enjoy to read his story all ages.He wrote adventure,detective and comics for same capability.His  famous Bengali story are Bikeler Mrittu, Ogorgonjer Ghoralo Bapar,Harano Kakatua etc.

Byomkesh Bakshi


Byomkesh Bakshi is a fictional detective in Bengali he literature created by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay .He was deeply influenced by Sherlock Holmes Arthur Conan Doyle Hercule Poirot of Agatha Christie and Father Brown of G.K.Chesterton as well as the "tales of ratiocination" involving C. Auguste Dupin produced by Edgar Allan Poe .

From a modest literary profile in the late 1980s, she rose to global fame by the end of the 20th century owing to her feminist views and hercriticism and of religion in general.

Sukumar Ray(সুকুমার রায় ), was a Bengali humorous poet, story writer and play wright who mainly wrote for children. As perhaps the most famous Indian practitioner ofliterary nonsense he is often compared to Lewis Carroll His works such as the collection of poems "Aboltabol", short story collection "Pagla Dashu" and play "Chalachittachanchari" are considered nonsense masterpieces equal in stature to, and are regarded as some of the greatest treasures of Bangla literature. More than 80 years after his death, Ray remains one of the most popular of children's writers in both West Bengal and Bangladesh.

Satyajit Ray, the eminent film director was born on 2 May 1921 to Sukumar Ray, a famous poet in juvenile literature and Suprava Devi. Niknamed Manik, he was a versatile genius and directed many memorable films. he was a good cameraman also. "Pather Panchali" , his most celebrated work was released in 1955. It was awarded President's gold medal and twelve other international awards. the other two of the trilogy - 'Aparajita' and 'Apur sansar' were released in 1956 and 1959 respectively. This was followed by 'Mahanagar' , 'Charulata' , 'Ashani Sanket'  and 'Sonar Kella' and finally Aguntuk' in 1991. Feluda and Professor Shanku are his most famous literary work.
The prestigious 'Oscar' was awarded to him by the Academy of Motion pictures. U.S.A IN 1992. he obtained 'Bharat Ratna' just before his death on 23 April 1992. We pay our heartiest homage to this world famous artist.
He is no more but he is still alive in our mind for his memorable work.Some link of his famous works which is too precious for us.
